DATA PROTECTION FOR APPLICATIONS AND IN THE APPLICATION PROCESS

We collect and process the personal data of applicants for the purpose of carrying out the application process (art. 6 sec. 1 a and b of the GDPR). Processing can also be conducted electronically. This is particularly the case if an applicant submits corresponding application documents to the controller by electronic means, for instance via email or via a web form available on the website. If you enter into an employment relationship with us, the submitted data will be stored for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in compliance with the legal provisions. If an employment contract is not concluded with the applicant, the application documents will be erased two (2) months after notification of the application being rejected, unless erasure precludes other legitimate interests of the controller. Other legitimate interest in this sense is, for example, a burden of proof in a procedure under the German General Act on Equal Treatment (AGG).
