PRIVACY NOTICE
Thank you for visiting our website, we value your interest in our services. Your privacy when using our website is our priority. The following explains in detail how your data will be used:

WHY AND ON WHAT BASIS DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?
For the fulfillment of contractual obligations, we use personal data (such as name and address), which you voluntarily provide to us in connection with the conclusion of a contract or the initiation of a contract, on the basis of the consent associated with it (art. 6 sec. 1 a of the GDPR). We then process this data in compliance with the legal provisions (e.g. the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), the German Telemedia Act (TMG) and the GDPR). We process the data required to fulfill a contract or to carry out precontractual measures (e.g. to answer your questions) (art. 6 sec. 1 b of the GDPR).
CONTACT FORM
When using the contact form for enquiries, we will only store the information from the contact form including the contact information provided by you to process your request and for follow-up questions. This data will not be shared without your consent.
DATA PROTECTION FOR APPLICATIONS AND IN THE APPLICATION PROCESS
We collect and process the personal data of applicants for the purpose of carrying out the application process (art. 6 sec. 1 a and b of the GDPR). Processing can also be conducted electronically. This is particularly the case if an applicant submits corresponding application documents to the controller by electronic means, for instance via email or via a web form available on the website. If you enter into an employment relationship with us, the submitted data will be stored for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in compliance with the legal provisions. If an employment contract is not concluded with the applicant, the application documents will be erased two (2) months after notification of the application being rejected, unless erasure precludes other legitimate interests of the controller. Other legitimate interest in this sense is, for example, a burden of proof in a procedure under the German General Act on Equal Treatment (AGG).
SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION
When processing an order, we will only share your personal information with service providers commissioned by us only if allowed by law and required to process your order (art. 6 sec. 1 sentence 1 lit. b of the GDPR). Your payment information will be shared with the designated financial institution for payment processing.
COOKIES
We use so-called “Cookies”. These are small text files transferred from a website server to your hard drive. These automatically provide us with specific data, e.g. IP address, the browser used, the operating system on your computer and how you connect to the internet.
Cookies cannot be used to launch programs or transmit viruses to a computer. The information from cookies allows us to make our website easier for you to navigate and display our website correctly.
The data collected by us will never be transmitted to third parties or merged with personal information without your consent.
The data processed by cookies is required for the purposes stated to safeguard our legitimate interest as well as that of third parties pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 sentence 1 lit. f of the GDPR.
